Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 24 hours of notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If you choose to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
If you will be late or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please call/text, or email as soon as possible.
Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late may result in a deposit forfeit and cancellation of your appointment. You may also be required to rebook and pay a new deposit.
Remembering and respecting the appointment time is your responsibility. Brows by Z reserves the right to retain your deposit for clients who fail to attend their appointments without 24-hour cancellation notification.
Corrective/Previous Tattoo Rework
Before booking your new appointment, please send clear photos of your existing tattoo in good lighting via email, at browsbyzbz@gmail.com. This will help assess and determine if revisions can be made. No guarantee is made for corrective/cover-up results. Tattoo removal is highly recommended if your existing tattoo is too dark or misshaped. Corrective/cover-up work generally requires multiple sessions. Charges will apply accordingly.
Payment
Cash, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX), Venmo, and Apple Pay are accepted.
ALL SERVICES REQUIRE 25% DEPOSIT OF THE SERVICE AMOUNT. The 25% will apply to the total of your service and will be automatically calculated during the booking process via Acuity.
